中文摘要:

    城市人口快速增长导致基加利市的公共交通系统的满意度不足。在过去的十年中,基加利市城市化进程迅速,几乎以两倍的速度在发展。这导致了城市交通的拥堵。基加利市的经济发展和城市化速率为其交通系统带来诸多挑战。研究表明,交通设施不完善、交通管理落后、土地规划落后和交通需求增大是交通拥堵的原因。

    研究工作主要针对基加利市公交优先的评价,通过评价得出一些重要的提议,这有助于卢旺达政府实现交通供需平衡。公交优先在减缓交通拥堵、提高服务效率和可靠性起到了关键作用。同时,它也能够减少交通拥堵、能源消耗和污染,提高基加利市交通系统客流和货流的可达性及流动性。

    公交优先可以通过BRT、公交专用道或公交优先信号实现。在基加利市,公交专用道和公交优先信号的设置是可行的,这在促进经济增长、经济发展、减少贫困方面起到了一定作用。

    本文进行了现场调研、访谈和问卷调查,调查内容包括定量和定性的数据。基于以上调查,研究结果表明:公交优先在缓解交通拥堵和提高公交车的速度方面有显著作用。

    此外,卢旺达政府应该支持交通运输系统专家对公交优先的应用,也要给予公交优先权来建设现代化基础设施、成本效益和优质的服务,同时确保经济的可持续增长,为乘客和货物提供高效的区域服务和运输系统。
